If your file(s) processes satisfactorily then your print will be produced and shipped, usually within 72 hours. If there are any major issues with your file or any delays in production you will be updated with the issues via the e-mail address provided. Should the conversion software fail on your image you will be given options for either retouching services or refund of your purchase.
